ATTENTION: The eWRIMS system is being decommissioned. The last day to submit forms using the Water Rights Online Forms Portal is June 8, 2025. This login will no longer be available starting June 9, 2025. Future forms will be submitted using the Division of Water Rights' California Water Accounting, Tracking, and Reporting System (CalWATRS) which will be available for public use starting July 14, 2025.
